Prenatal Yoga

Who is Prenatal Yoga Designed For?

Women in all stages of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga is a fiercely empowering practice that, when delved into with love and devotion, is a powerful tool for conscious, intuitive and holistic pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood. Prenatal yoga informs, inspires and illuminates the lives of everyone involved. It is for any woman wanting to deepen their knowledge and understanding of yoga during pregnancy and beyond. By cultivating fierce personal growth, one may attain a rich understanding of yoga during the childbearing year and beyond, as well as deepen in one's self knowledge. Educating and empowering women about conscious pregnancy, birth and motherhood creates conscious mothers, conscious babies and a more conscious world.

It is an extremely rewarding experience to take part in educating and empowering women during this time of sincerely heartfelt transformation. Prenatal yoga is all about connection, knowledge and empowerment, where tools are learnt and insights are gained for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

By having an experiential preparation, it has been proven that confidence is increased, resulting in a more positive pregnancy, birthing and parenting experiences. By increasing confidence through experience and knowledge, awareness and intimacy, one can count on decreasing fears and doubts.

Prenatal Yoga allows one to manifest a birth experience where everyone involved feels comforted, confident and supported during this process. There is an emphasis on informed decision making to make sure everyone feels educated and informed before, during and immediately after birth.
